SUMMARY  

Mastery Accelerator is a 12-week programme that sets participants on the journey for self-mastery. It calls for a fine balance between self-awareness and self-regulation. This programme is developed to help preteens and teens become aware of their emotions, handle their big emotions, and express them effectively so that they can minimize the dangers on their path and maximize their opportunities to be all that they can possibly be.  

It is a hands-on life coaching and mentoring programme for emerging champions. This programme allows for enhanced identity formation, through goal directed behaviour. It develops in participants the inner strength to live a responsible life where focus is shifted from laying blame on backgrounds, circumstances, and perceived deficiencies, to creating a meaningful life. This programme is tailored towards the needs of the individual child, identified through a lifestyle assessment. It inspires, motivates, and equips participants to:  

1.    Make sense of their place in the world  

2.    Understand the power of vision  

3.    Foster a culture of planning & organization  

4.    Build on their ability to regulate/master themselves to make good choices  

5.    Develop values of self-leaders  

6.    Become emotionally resilient  

7.    Meet other champions across the globe for maintenance sessions  

8.    Develop enhanced whole-child mindset, and  

9.    Increase motivation and   

10.    Communicate effectively in any setting  

11.    Develop effective study skills   

12. Time management skills

14.    Form a healthy self-image

Duration: Adaptable time frame of between 3 – 7 months depending on the child’s needs. It is recommended for preteens & teenagers.

Tools: Parents are provided with detailed feedback and the children are provided with a home-based adventure made up of structured activities which will be completed daily. The children are provided with a take-home toolkit containing relevant materials to reinforce the key learnings.  

The fee structure comprises of:  

2 x Family Consultation (1 hour each)  

4 x Weekly Foundational Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each)  

4 x Weekly Building Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each)  

4 x Weekly Maintenance Coaching Sessions (60 minutes each)  

12 x Telephonic/E-mail/Face-to-face Parent Feedback  

1 x 30 Minute School Event/Professional Contact (where necessary)  

1 x Motivational Kit Bag with Home-Based Adventure  

1x Tailor-made Programme Design and
